• Important Travel Information for your flight from Toronto Pearson Airport

    Due to increased passengers traffic at Toronto Pearson International Airport, your flight will be boarded from the Infield Concourse (IFC). To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, please proceed to Terminal 1 for check-in, customs and security screening. Following these procedures, you will need to go to the bus bay, where a shuttle will transport you to the IFC gates. Buses run continuously for departing flights, and the journey takes approximately 10 minutes.
    Important reminder : We kindly request that you arrive at the airport 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure, and ensure you board the airport bus to the IFC at least 45 minutes before departure. This will ensure you reach your assigned IFC gate by the boarding time specified on your boarding pass.
